Developed to split the ice into pieces, rather than to crush it, so that a longer preservation of the ice is guaranteed. It is the ideal instrument for the realisation of cocktails and able to satisfy the most demanding bartenders. The ice crush in stainless steel covered machine, of small dimensions, is available in the counter version for a production up to 1,2 kg/min or in the Maxi version for a continuous production.
